Overall length of the bracelet is approximately 26 inches, and there are three loops tied at the end for an adjustable fit. These bracelets can be worn either high with a tight fit or lower with a loose fit. For reference, my wrist is approximately 6 inches and you can see it's a comfortable fit on the smallest loop. So wrists between 6- 7.5 inches would be accommodated quite easily... just cut off the extra cord when you achieve the desired fit.
