This kawaii sun is all smiles as it shines down on a rainbow of sparkles to a puffy white cloud. The lake-smoothed rock was found on Lake Ontario's southern shore, and has been painted in bright acrylic paints, accented with glitter, and sealed with a water-based sealant. It would be the perfect paperweight for a student, a bright accent on an office worker's desk, or a cute pocket reminder that you *can* go over the rainbow, and the sun is always shining some where!
