Each medallion is hand formed from earthenware clay, by me. Then fired once. Brought back out for staining/glazing in multiple colors, ranging from yellows, chartreuse, browns and oranges. Then It's back in the kiln for the final firing. You will find hints of gloss glaze on this matte glazed medallion.
