I'm using my M&M fabric finally. It's been waiting for me to do something with it and recently, it started speaking to me. I'm starting with potholders and light switch covers and will take it from there. What you have here is a 7-1/4" square with rounded corners pot holder. One side is a Log Cabin block that provides the quilting through the whole sandwich of the potholder. The sandwich includes a cotton base for the log cabin piece, ThinSulate, thin batting, and the M&M fabric. The solid colors used for the log cabin squares are jewel tone. I used orange jewel tone to make the binding. The construction is a combination of machine and hand sewing, and the potholder is made for many washings and dryings. I use potholders made this way every day. I have one made, but can make more. I'll also list more as I get them made.
Keep an eye out for more and more M&M items. Got an idea for something? Convo me. I always combine shipping, by the way.
