Miniature Horsehair Basket Lovely Green Vase

Horsehair baskets are uncommon, because horsehair is notoriously difficult to work with. This lovely example was painstakingly coiled of mixed chestnut horsehair, and bound with beautiful green sinew. Shaped in a vase, the traditional olla or water jar, very feminine.
