We start with organic sugar, then infuse the sugar with color and culinary grade organic peppermint oil. The result is deliciously sweet to taste and smell.
The container is 2.8 inches wide and .875 inches high, and holds 2.5 ounces of the sugar crystals. The tin is smaller than the diameter of a standard martini glass.
There is enough sugar to rim 8 to 10 martini glasses. Larger volumes are available. Just ask us for a price quote.
It also comes with an instruction sheet on how to rim a drink glass, and cocktail recipes.
