This is a table lamp of my own design assembled from off-the-shelf components: A cast-iron three-leg laboratory ring-stand, a black phenolic plastic medium-base lamp cordset with push switch, and a 40-watt G40 "decorator" 5" incandescent globe light bulb. You will receive all three items ready to assemble. The ring-stands are shipped to me by a distributor in 7 parts: The ring, the three legs, and one hex nut for each leg. I assemble them before packaging the lamps, so you don't have to. I also add a lock-washer under each hex nut, tighten them down securely, and apply Loctite "red" permanent methacrylate thread-locking adhesive.

Comes with a 5" decorator incandescent globe bulb (G40), but as shown in the photos it will also take floodlight-style bulbs and "vanity" size globes (G25).
