The engagement ring in this set must be completely finished before work on the wedding band can begin. After finishing the first ring, it is heated slightly, and melted into the side of a sheet of carving wax. I then carve the wedding band from the wax while it is still attached to the engagement ring! When the carved ring is complete, I separate the wax from the ring, and have a perfect fit.....now the second ring can be cast and finished!
The white topaz measures 6mm, or about 1/4" in diameter.
The total width of both rings together is 6mm. The width at the very top of the ring, including the stone is 9mm.
