young ursa minor is a navigator in training. the small cub lopes back and forth along the frozen shoreline, scanning the choppy waves for signs of distress. the ursa bloodline were born to help the brave souls at sea. they are well known to all mariners for their kind, gracious spirit and guiding light.

this young cub will someday take the spot of his elders, but for now he must practice.

ursa cub is all hand stitched from navy blue wool felt with sweet embroidered details.
he measures about 4" long and 2.5 inches tall.
