When using Floo Powder you throw a pinch into the fireplace (make sure it isn't lit) and clearly announce where you want to go, and away you go. You must speak clearly to insure you arrive at the right destination.
This is a 6 and a half inch tall bottle of Floo Powder. However the Floo Powder can be put into any of the other bottles that I have.

Please also know that the bottles are entirely made of glass and are breakable so they must be used by young witches and wizards, only under careful Parental supervision.
