the individual disc shaped elements are articulated on a hinge....
the elements move, revolve, spin around freely,
it does make for a interesting evolving collage type mobile...
the texture on the circular discs is achived with wire from a backdoor screen door;
it makes them kind of homespun and each one is uniquely individual....
individual and roaming free---- {it don't get any better than that}
these are light, frilly, fun, and comfortable to wear...
they are 2 inches [50mm] in lenght and the pair weighs 3.7grams
i've tried to take photos at several angles, under various different lighting conditions and backgrounds in order to most accurately and fully represent this piece but if you would like to see other images or have any questions just let me know...
all of my work comes packaged in either a gift box or a small cloth drawstring pouch; just tell me your preferance in the "note to buyer" during the checkout process...
