G.J. Hayter & Co. LTD made the Victory Clock Puzzles in the mid-1960s. All the wood pieces of the puzzles were hand cut, and the graphics are all from that era. I think the hand cut nature of the puzzle, as well as the colorful graphics, are so unique.
