This is a classic mid-century modern armless lounge chair with a yellowy orange leather-grained vinyl upholstery and a chrome frame. We're not sure who made it or when, but it seems 1960's vintage to us. It's very comfortable, solidly made, and cool as hell.
It looks fantastic from a distance, but up close it's a little rough. We polished the frame, but there's still heavy corrosion on the chrome in a few places. The cushioned vinyl seat and back have quite a few flaws, scuffs, spots and some small punctures. This chair is definitely not pristine. If you like to get your car detailed every week, this might not be your thing! If you love midcentury style and don't mind some battle scars, this chair could be just what you're looking for.
This listing is for one chair, but we have 2 of these, the other one is a tangerine orange.
The chrome frame is 24" wide, 21" deep and 13" tall. The seat of the chair is 17" high, and it's 31" tall from the floor to the top of the back. The back cushion has a metal frame that bolts to the seat. We will ship it with the back removed so that it will fit into a much smaller package, which saves quite a bit of shipping costs. The back and seat are very easily re-assembled with 4 bolts. The chair will weigh 42 lbs, packed for shipping
