Witch Adult Costume

Using 40 yards of strip ruffling, in a mix of Taffeta's and cotton, satin blends, some sequins in the top will be worked in. This is done in 5 pieces,the hat, top, skirt, bustle, and cape, broom not included. Top has a hook and eye closure in front. High collar neck, top comes to a V below waist.Top has a layer of lace overlay, with colors of plum fabric running throughout and embellished with sequins. Row after row of ruffling on a good portion of the skirt and the bottom of skirt is a full ruffle done in black glitter taffeta for that extra glimmer. Bustle ties on separately adding that extra ruffling and bewitching Victorian flare..Cape is , black, lined in plum not shown and attaches with snaps at shoulders. Measurements will be needed of width from shoulder to shoulder, sleeve arm pit to wrist, bust at fullest, waist, hip at fullest and lengths from shoulder to waist, and waist to hem. You will be the hit of the party, I have designed costumes for theaters using photos they send me, and they are always pleased. A month is needed to make this, so order early, because near Halloween it gets very busy. Sizes are just guides, as I need measurements, but are as follows, Ladies ,6,8,10,12,14,16,18. Hat is included.
