Handwoven Scarf Green Lakes

Handwoven with a warp of variegated blues ranging from royal to blueberry to dark teal to green blue and a weft in mineral green (think fluorite or light bottle green) in tencel for a beautiful drape and luster. I named this scarf after a small group of lakes near my hometown in upstate New York. The Green Lakes were fun to go to with our families and later with friends for swimming and cookouts. The lakes are, in fact very green, a result of their formation at the base of a gorge and vast mineral deposits.
