A twist on the pillowcase dress! The Chelsea Romper is a halter style pillowcase romper. This pdf pattern includes many color photos and simple to follow instructions on how to make the Chelsea romper version or the separate top and shorts version. In addition to the instructions, you also receive a chart with measurements if you want to cut your fabric out using a rotary cutter and mat, as well as printable patterns. This romper requires 1/2" elastic in the back and I also give you elastic measurements if you want to add elastic to the leg holes of the shorts, and waist elastic amounts if you make the shorts separate.

A PDF pattern is emailed to you and you can download it and print it on your computer paper as often as you like or save paper and just read it off your computer as you are sewing!
