Second,I believe that they are highly OVER-priced...
So I decided to make my own versions
So it took the sacrifise of 2 genuine Links of London (they were worn out after too much swimming and sand,anyway..)to make 4 basic pieces of this piece.The tube,the heart/oval and the bead.
The cord was very simple to find...And after a week of practice (and broken nerves...) the first 3 bracelets are ready!If you practise too much frienship bracelets and knots,this is easy...4 long cords weaved together.
The components are silver plated (cooper inside).It is adjustable...A great way to follow fashion,and not pay lots of money!
Please be kind to it,because swimming and taking a bath with it,isn't the best for the jewel in the long run... Sweat and purfumes might also damage the silver coat.
