This colorful set of dinnerware was made by Universal Pottery and is from the Ballerina Line; circa 1950. Aside from a couple of very minor storage scuffs, these are about as clean as you will find. They are in the original box and packaging and appear to have never been used. No knife scratches or glaze fading. Almost like the day 60 years ago when they came from the local department store. The set includes:
9 inch dinner plate
7.5 inch salad or luncheon plate
6 inch saucer or bread plate
5.5 inch berry or dessert bowl
4 inch cup
The bottom of the plates are stamped; Universal Oven-Proof Ballerina Union Made USA
