This tutu dress is made with 100's of yards of tulle, fitted with elastic and a ribbon halter. The ghost face is hand-embroidered and hand-painted. The pattern used for the face was made by me. You won't find this exact design anywhere else!
The fit is tailored to your childs measurements. When placing your order please include length and width specifications in the 'Notes to Seller'. Check out the 'How to Determine Proper Fit' image in this listing.
