Each string of flags is unique, and just over 6 feel long. The photos show some, but not all of the fabrics I'm using for these flags. Width of each flag varies from 3.5 to 6 inches, and lengths vary from 7 to 14 inches, with many of the dangles being even longer. These flags are sewn to a fun, multicolored fringe featuring gold, copper, pink and blue. I do have more with a different trim. There are sari silk yarn ties on each end for hanging. While many of the fabrics are pretty on both sides, many are not. So I consider these flags one sided.
Use these flags as a hippie, gypsy window valance anywhere in your home, but I think they'd be especially pretty in a bedroom.. Hang them on high shelves, over the fireplace, or around any room, right where the wall meets the ceiling. Use them to decorate a summer dinner on the deck or patio. But I do NOT recommend hanging them outside permanently. Many of the fabrics are vintage or delicate, and the harsh rays of the sun will destroy them very quickly.

Each set of flags I make is unique, and you will not receive the exact flags shown in the photos. I use a large variety of fabrics to make these flags. And, as they get used up, I replace them. So, while your set will not be exactly the same, it will be equally beautiful as what is shown in the photos.
