This is from a maker in Czechoslovakia that uses vintage rhinestone pieces that were warehoused & unfinished, & then adds additional stones or findings to complete them.
On the back silver solder is visible where this was never plated. The orange cab in the center is newer than the blue & clear.
Measures 1 1/4". Rhinestones are individually prong set in a gold tone metal base. Some solder visible in the front. Looks like there is an inclusion in the cab.
