absolutely ethereal antique edwardian gown. early 1900's museum quality collectors piece. constructed of soft, white cotton voile, with hand tatted lace and needlework throughout the entire dress. this dress would be lovely used in a wedding with an antique feel. other features include, fanned-out sleeves with detailed needlework/embroidery and lace trim, beautiful snap-in front panel, embroidery around collar and peplum like draping at waist. included in this listing is a gorgeous cotton embroidered slip that is incredible in and of itself. the condition of this two piece set is unbelievable considering the fact that it is a century old. this is a delicate garment, and the only flaw to note, is a 2cm spot on the left sleeve where there is some discoloration and wearing thin of the cotton. please ask for a picture.
