The dress is made with light cotton floral fabric. Comes with a cream sash that ties into a bow in the back. The inside is fully lined. There is a zipper down the back and adjustable neck strap ties. The bottom has a ruffle. All seams are double stitched for a professional feel. Comes with boutique tags.
