Made to be worn lariat-style, the necklace is asymmetrical - I created a tubular herringbone (aka ndebele rope) section with a loop at the end that allows you to wear this unique piece in several different ways. The tubular herringbone section is made from gorgeous sand and dark bronze colored beads and has a random, speckled design. There are short sections of strung and peyote stitched Japanese delica beads used to join the larger beads. You'll find all sorts of shapes and sizes here: the largest focal is 1-3/4" (44mm) long, and there are tiny wooden beads as small as 1/4" (6mm).
♦ Necklace Length: 25" (64cm) long
♦ Closure: Beadwoven loop
♦ Technique: ndebele rope (aka tubular herringbone)
♦ Materials: Artisan clay focal, wooden beads, glass beads, bone beads, Japanese delica beads, fireline
♦♦ This is a one-of-a-kind piece and can't be altered. If you really like the look of this and would like something similar in a different size or color, I'd be happy to create something special just for you.
Packaged in a beautiful gift box, perfect to give as a present to someone special or to yourself!
