This print was created using antique wood and metal type and yellow ink. The medium weight paper is acid-free and measures 11” x 17”. Each piece of type (carved wooden letters and small metal letters) is hand-set on my mid-20th century printing press and inked with a brayer. Then each sheet is pulled through the press, one at a time at a time, to create a perfectly imperfect result.
Each print varies due to the nature of the letterpress process. Ink impression on the piece you receive may differ slightly from the picture, but each is unique and beautiful.
