I don't think this was a salesmen sample but it has that look. Mini gossip or telephone chair that has a working lamp. I have rewired it since the cord was cut and it now works. Mahogany with a red faux leather vinyl covered seat. Looks like the "adult" version in every way. Gooseneck lamp in brass color is bendable and moveable(turns to position). The shade has some chipping of the brass color paint. The faux leather chair seat is in great condition. The usual nicks and scrapes in the wood for a vintage piece. I am showing it with a small clear appliance bulb, not included. In the last picture there is a push button piece sitting on the seat. This was under the seat where I have sitting. At one time the wiring went through this piece and I guess when you pushed down on the seat the light came on because it was wired to the light. I'm not sure but I'm including it if you want to put back. The seat was not screwed down there but I have a screw in the hole if you want to screw down. Stamped under seat; Jackson-Williams Manufacturers, Fine Line Furniture, Thomasville, NC. Thomasville is a furniture city in NC and stills has a major furniture show/mart.
The table is 14 inches high, the chair is 12 1/2 inches high
Total lengh is 15 1/2 inches, 8 1/2 inches deep
Lamp neck is 9 1/4 inches long.
