It is part of a series of collages I made exploring the theme of collections, and the idea of putting things in order. I was inspired by the shape of plants and rocks, and the collection of beach rocks I've accumulated over the years. Meant to evoke the nostalgia of collecting, this collage would be perfect for displaying along with items from your own collections.
The collage measures 8 x 10 inches, and is signed on the lower right corner. Would look lovely framed, perhaps floated on a white mat board or between two pieces of glass.
