This is a knee-length high waisted pencil skirt made out of fabric with horror movie monsters. It has Dracula, Frankenstein, The Mummy, and The Wolfman.
The back has an exposed silver metal zipper (also available in gold).
The bottom has a 2 tiered black ruffled lace trim. (available with or without trim)
