From a series I did in 2008 that was inspired by Dutch still life paintings, or Vanitas paintings, this piece is my favorite of the bunch. It's a lifesize sculpture of a peacock (45" long) finished with a graphite patina, with subtle accents of metallic colors throughout the tail feathers. The piece shown is Gypsum Cement, however for shipping purposes, I will be sending you a Polyurethane resin version of the piece, which is safer/stronger for transit. (Or if you live local to Philadelphia, I could deliver a Gypsum Cement one for you.)
