Champagne White with Rabbit Fur Trim

Description: Fantastic vintage dress fashioned from a lovely champagne colored damask. The material appears to be a blend and feels like a heavy satin although there are no fiber content tags to be sure. The vintage size tag reads size 13.....please see measurements below to ensure a proper fit.
Features include a sexy hourglass shape, scooped neckline, bust darts from the side seams and waistline, 3/4 length sleeves with matching colored rabbit fur trim, flattering seams below the waist in the front to create a sexy "hug the body" curve, pinked seams, two side thread loops for a belt which is not included, and a metal back zipper with hook and thread eye closure.
Measurements: There are no shoulder seams...Shoulder to shoulder 15 1/2 inches, Underarm to underarm 18 inches, Bust 34 comfortably, Shoulder to end of sleeve 15 inches, Underarm to end of sleeve 10 inches, Shoulder to waist 15 inches, Side of waist to side of waist 13 1/4 inches, Side of hips to side of hips approx 17 1/2 inches, Back of neck to bottom hem 37 1/2 inches, and Side to side along bottom hem 20 inches.
This wonderful dress is in very good condition with no rips, holes or tears. There are a few spots worth noting: The darkest is located in the front on the left part of the bodice and is shown in the last photo (it measures 1/4 x almost 1/2 inches and is located 3 1/4 inches from the neckline in the center/left of the bodice)....there are two other areas where the spots are lighter and really only noticeable upon close inspection (both located on the front of the skirt) and light discoloration under the arms (about the same color as the dress...just a shade darker). It is dirty along the hemline in the back.
UPDATE: Someone inquired about the spot on the front to see if I had attempted to clean it and whether it would come out. I dabbed it with a soft, damp cloth and the spot did disappear, however, it now has a bit of a pale yellow smudge which is larger than the original spot (shown in the last photo). I am fairly certain this will be able to be removed with a "proper" cleaning/dry cleaning although I cannot guarantee it.
