created from a (incredibly rare!) 1940's Lady Duff half slip ~ revived into a beautifully sweet and sensual blouse!
two rows of elastic thread have been gently sewn throughout natural waistline.
original waistline elastic has been freshly replaced for what is now a smooth and stretchable bust line! (i use elastic made for baby clothing which is dreamily soft yet incredibly durable!)
twelve sensational inches of sheer, floral embroidery dances down to perfection upon a deep scallop hem. a layer of stiff, sheer netting rests flirtatiously underneath for a bit of flounce and fullness! pure prettiness.
a lovely strand of cotton crochet lace ties at each shoulder for an adjustable fit and feel!
