This Journal is made from gorgeous hand distressed and stained wood. These covers surround 144 hand torn pages made from Acid free paper. This gives the pages a magnificent deckled edge. The cover sheets at the front and the back of the book are made from 80 year old reclaimed paper. Aged Black leather hugs the spine tightly, reviling the binding cords underneath. These raised cords continue onto the covers and blend in creating an over all symmetry. The Hand made strap features the same aged leather used to wrap the spine and holds the book firmly shut.
