Fascinator for ladies and girls - fashioned with ruffled flower and rolled roses, Russian Veiling, stripped coque feathers, goose biots and a curled peacock plume, and netting and mounted to a handmade fascinator base of covered buckram. It is attached to a thin metal headband and can be adjusted to sit where you like it. Can also be attached to comb if desired or done in custom colors, please convo me if interested.

Please expect up to 4 weeks for production of this fascinator as it is all hand crafted, beginning with the base.
