I made one of these ouchie bags for my little girl and she loves them. It’s just the right size for her to hold on too and they have a friendly face to look at. And the best part is that each friend has a boo boo of their own. The idea is that they can help their “friend” with their boo boo too.
Each bag has flaxseed which I’ve found as great ability to retain heat longer and it easily mold around the achy body part in need of relief. This bag can be used either hot (by microwaving it) or cold (by storing in the freezer). At our house we keep them in the freezer in a plastic bag so it’s ready when someone gets a owie.
