These are not your typical hoop earrings. A cluster of faceted sterling silver beads are anchored by hand carved hoops. Modern and playful, versatile and classic. They hang from handmade earwires and measure approximately 1.25" wide x 1.25" high (1.75" including the earwire). I love these earrings because they look great with a pair of jeans and can also really dress up an outfit for a night out. These are part of my Signature Cast Collection, which I designed many years ago. I wanted to design hoops that were different than all the other hoop earrings out there at the time... most were round wire hoops either plain or with beads dangling from the bottom of the hoop. So I decided to give mine a carved, flattened look and instead of having the beads on the bottom, I dangled the hoop from a cluster of gemstones, or in this case, metal beads. I titled them Swing because the shape of the cast reminded me of a childs swing. They felt really playful, while still being sophisticated and modern. I also make a smaller and a larger version.
This piece will arrive to you in a ziplock polybag and a gift box, ready to treat yourself or someone else. I recommend storing this piece in the polybag when not wearing it. Fine metals will naturally tarnish over time, and storing it in the airtight bag will help to prevent this.
