The dress is all over so very mod featuring a royal blue skirt and a 'paint splatter' top! The top half is white but features an array of fabulous marbled/blot/splatter print of orange green blue and red!
AND there's a long ascot tie at the neck! I'd wear it down, for a relaxed look!
