Evening Primrose puts on a beautiful wildflower display which also produces a wonderful fragrance. Blooms from late spring. Evening primrose produces yellow blossoms over five inches across and is a show stopper! Evening Primrose is an annual wildflower that has been known to have medicinal qualities. Butterflies love evening primrose, and although it is an annual it will happily re-seed for flowers next year.
Scatter seed in spring or fall into finely raked ground. Fall sowing requires no extra care. If sowing in spring rotate seeds in and out of the fridge for about a week prior to sowing. When sowed in pring keep soil moist until plants are established.
