The fabric is 95% cotton and 5% lycra. The stretch is great and the fabric is comfortable. It has been preshrunk. A fabulous activewear dress.
Let me know what you want for length on this dress. I can take the hem up to a top instead if you prefer. From the waist to the current length it is about 17"
