I created this sachet using a cameo punchneedle, which is akin to an ancient rug hooking technique on a smaller scale. I drew up the design on weaver's cloth, punched out the design with embroidery floss and then sewed it together with decorative fabric and my special summery blend.
What makes this technique so unique is that the needle itself is adjustable, so some loops can be made longer for depth. Slip inside your pillowcase, drawer or closet. Carry in your purse or pocket.
It is approximately 2 3/4" inches long by 2" inches high.
