You'll look divine in this sweet skirt made out of organic cotton in a beautiful shade of blue. The skirt is cut in a flattering a-line that angles upwards into a tulip shape in the front to reveal layers of flirty ruffles. The ruffles are made out of a buttery yellow cotton with a pinwheel- like print in blue, orange, gray and brown. Four wooden buttons climb up the front to the waistband. The skirt zips up the side.
