This sale is for two rustic* Christmas tree ornaments creatively recycled from a vintage quilt. The colorful quilt had seen better days! I rescued what I could, all the while wondering whose feet this quilt had warmed, whose house it had graced, and what it had seen in its former life. I thought it would be happy decorating a tree or package for the holidays...so I cut, hand stitched along the edges, embellished with some seed beads and mother of pearl buttons, finishing each tree with a hanger of twine. The backing on these ornaments is pink. These sweet trees are 6 inches tall and would love to spend the holidays in your home!

*This quilt was well-loved and lived a full life but shows her age. The fabric is worn in spots. I think this only adds charm to these little trees that are getting a second chance at life!
