The title of this work is "TORRE DELL'OROLOGIO", the Clock Tower in Italian.
Recommended to frame and decorate homes and offices.
This papercut has over 470 internal cuts, including the Italian phrases "TRE ORE - three o'clock", "SETE ORE - seven o'clock", "BUONGIORNO - Good Morning", my name "MARCELO" (in this work this is my signature) and the year 2011 in Roman numeral "MMXI."
The silhouette was cut with scissors, and then the internal details were cut with X-Acto type knife.
All figure was cut freehand, without drawing on paper and without prior sketch.
The material used is a sepia Fabriano acid free paper.
This papercut measures 3 x 19.
The frame is not included.
The images show suggestions frames.
This papercut will be delivered unframed and will not be pasted on any board. To send framed from Brazil, the cost of shipping would be expensive.
You can frame your piece as you want!
Black, white or another dark or light color is recommended for the background of the frame, highlighting the image of the tower.
To set the tower on a board, use a small amount of acid free adhesive in some spots. It can be glue or double-sided tape. Choose adhesive does not damage the paper.
In some papercut I framed it, I used an acrylic plate or glass on the papercut, requiring little or no adhesive to paste the piece on the board.
The picture of this tower was scanned, resulting in walldecal, also available in this store.
However, this cut is an original piece, there are no copies of this papercut.
This papercut will be shipped from Brazil by registered air mail in a protected package.
