I don't really know anyone who didn't, at some point in their childhood, have a Sock Monkey. This colorway is one that I'm so happy with; originally released as a sock club color, it is one that looks, knitted up, exactly like it did in my head before I dyed it. I simply can not look at this colorway without breaking out into a huge grin.

I have been dyeing yarn professionally for Hanks Yarn and Fiber since 2007. With the closing of the yarn store, I am beginning to bring in many - but not all - of the colorways I dyed under the "Perhaps Today is a Good Day to Dye" line, like this popular and favorite colorway. All of my yarns are hand-dyed singly or in batches of two. If you would like to order for a large project, please contact me and I will be more than happy to dye your order with every attempt to get each skien as matching as possible.

This yarn was dyed in a smoke-free, but not pet-free home; however, once dyed it is kept sealed in bins which cats and dogs do not have access to.

Quantity listed is the quantity I currently have in stock; if you are looking for more, I am happy to do custom orders. Custom orders currently need a turnaround of 3-4 weeks to allow for acquiring more base yarn, dyeing, drying, and winding.
