Available sizes below, these are made-to-order, custom colors are available for the sash and flower, see color chart. Fabric for the dress is eyelet, also available made in swiss dot.
Measurements needed: chest circumference, length from top of mid shoulder to ideal hem (above or below knee, your preference), height, age and regular dress size.

4T - 23 inches long--25" around the chest
