Rosary Catholic Five Decade Handmade Our Lady of Lourdes Blue Agate Stones

Handmade five decade Catholic Rosary. The Paters are 13mm rectangular agate stones with layers of white and light blue. The Paters are accentuated by clear Czech crystals ant tiny sapphire blue crystals. The Ave beads are hard-to-find Montana blue Grade A 8mm cateyes (also known as fiber optic beads). In between the blue Aves are white 3mm cateyes used as spacer beads. Cateye beads change hue as they capture and reflect light. They have a band of light running through the center that resembles a cat's eye. See the fourth photo for a closeup of a blue cateye bead. The centerpiece is handmade by the artist and is a one of a kind piece consisting of an image of Our Lady of Lourdes, centered in a silver plate antique pendant. The crucifix is two-sided and heavy, silver on brass, heavily plated, cast from an antique mold.
