It is made of pressed fiberboard and has a diamond embedded pattern. It is constructed with rivets and reinforced with metal trim. There is a board attached on the inside bottom...we have had many of these over the years and each one has had the same board...we believe they were added to help maintain the shape. It is marked with the number "41" on each end.
The color is grey.
The overall dimensions are 17 1/2" long by 11 1/2" wide by 9" tall.
It is in true vintage condition with signs of heavy use. A couple of sections of the fiberboard have come loose from the rivets, but it does not negatively impact the overall piece.
