This piece is hand cut, formed, filed, sanded and hammered, with traditional hammers and good, hard work. I oxidized it with ammonia fumes for a faint verdigris finish and tumbled it for strength and shine. The photos really don't do this piece justice! It's so much more beautiful in real life.
The clasp is approximately 1 1/8 inch (28mm) long by nearly 1 inch (24mm) wide with the center hole being 7/16 inch (11mm) diameter.
