Pulls on over the head, top is lined but skirt is unlined, so you might want a slip underneath. Fabric is a polyester, light and soft. Color is most true in the close-up photo (remember that computer monitors vary widely).
Estimated size is a modern EXTRA SMALL (could fit some Smalls). Check measurements to be certain this piece will work for you, and remember to leave some room for movement. Measurements taken at the fabric's resting point.

Bust: up to 34" underarm to underarm (this DID fit my 36A bust but if I was any bigger it wouldn't have)
Empire Waist: 33" max when stretched
Hips: at least 50"
Length: 54" (model is 5'8")
In very good vintage condition, a few super light discolorations, much too small and light to photograph or notice unless you are REALLY looking closely. I laundered this item for you. No stains, tears or odors.
