The entire surface of this painting has glitter on it due to being painted with glitter paint. It really gives it a glimmery sheen that adds some extra dimension to the painting.

ABOUT THE ARTIST:
Painting is my passion and it satisfies my soul. I so enjoy color and movement and contrast and lines and shapes and flowers and nature. I love to feel the texture of the paint between my fingers or to have a big glob on my brush and to just let the paint mix and mingle and speak for itself. (I secretly think of myself as the Paint Whisperer.) I hoard canvas and paint (and chocolate) like people hoard cats or knick-knacks or hats. What can I say? I love to paint!
