The blocks I use range in size depending on the saying you choose; please see specifics below.
TECHNIQUE
I personally sand each block, apply 2-3 coats of paint, then sand the edges again to give them a distressed look. Before applying the decorative paper/cardstock using a sealant, I ink the edges to accentuate the distressed look. Then I completely seal the entire block to give it a soft, glossy finish. I embellish the blocks using a variety of materials, including but not limited to: photos, ribbon, gemstones, 3D stickers, paper/silk flowers, drawer pulls, charms, and many, many more.
PERSONALIZATION
I specialize in creating custom orders, so please feel free to convo me with pictures, ideas, and/or colors that will be helpful to me in creating your design! If you have a favorite bible verse, quote, or saying, we can work together to come up with the perfect way to creatively express it! These blocks make fabulous and unique gifts for housewarmings, birthdays, graduations, baby showers, weddings, holidays, and whatever else your heart desires.
SHIPPING
Once we finalize the details of your order and payment has been received, I will begin working on it immediately and ship it out within 7-10 days. If you need the order completed before then, there is an additional charge for rush orders so please contact me for details. I ship via USPS Priority Mail using the smallest box suitable, but still assuring protection of the contents. The shipping costs will range between $6 - $15 depending on the number of blocks in your order.
